The detailed information attached to this "Cannot start" dialog box is as follows: NET and reinstalled it, but that didn't fix the problem. I tried to uninstall the Active Trader Pro application so that I could reinstall it, but it would not uninstall. The vendor did not know what was causing this. Instead I get a dialog box with the message "Application cannot be started. When I try to open Active Trader Pro application which I have been using for over a year, it doesn't even show the slightest sign that it is opening.
